![]() ![]() No offense, just my 0.02 and I’m Canadian so I guess you really only get around $0.015 with exchange right now. I hope to see you to continue to participate. Like I said right when you posted earlier, GLWTS and welcome to the forums. We’re a bunch of self-proclaimed-cheapskates that spend way more than we should on games from 40 years ago, but once again, on here no one is going to pay retail or take any retail vendor of “restored” games prices seriously. That way you will see what the consensus is here on a particular game around that particular time before you stretch your neck out like you did and hope for the best. ![]() If you want to avoid getting jumped on but still want to be part of this rag tag group, try posting a “ price estimate “ thread and you’ll see what members here think it’s worth and it’s very helpful. It’s a pretty decent set of fellow arcade nerds, dorks, misfits and weirdos here and a ton of buying and selling history through members that you could tap into for help gaging a game’s value. It’s mostly all in fun and a way for us to break you in a bit and also offer our opinion (we all love to do that for sure) You are free to list games for whatever you like (I know that I do!) but everyone else here is also free to chime in and bust your balls if they see fit to poke at you a bit. That game was routed and cleaned, which most of the pacs you see around here have also been. However, in general, no one here really pays “retail” for games and pac and ms pac are still highly sought after (I have 5-6) but extremely common (I’ve had 10-12 in 2 years) so for one to sell anywhere close to 2k would be unheard of in the short time I’ve been around here. Being new to the forum: prices go up and down all the time and some people will pay big money for something rare or a part they need to finish their restoration etc ![]()
